Failure to provide the proper and correct information will delay processing. We reserve the right to alter your profile for typos and/or inappropriate content. In using our services, you agree to comply with all policies set forth by In Tha Know Cr8tions, LLC.

There will be no refunds of the account set up fee once your selection from our service options is active. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund of your MONTHLY subscription. In Tha Know Cr8tions, LLC reserves the right to pro-rate that refund based on service option usage.

 

Search and Find: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will In Tha Know Cr8tions, LLC be liable to you or any persons that is searched for and found. In Tha Know Cr8tions, LLC will not be held responsible for finding individuals that should not be contacted. You (the consumer) will assume all responsibility set forth by applicable law. By activating the Search and Find service, you agree to the terms set forth by In Tha Know Cr8tions, LLC.

 

By Law, we cannot photocopy any professional photographer photographs including Studio and School Pictures.

 

CHECK WITH YOUR FACILITY'S POLICY REGARDING COLOR, SIZE, AND APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR ALTERED.
